Cosmic Random Chat is a space for talking anonymously with someone you’ve just met. A few basic promises keep it comfortable for everyone. These rules are part of the Terms, and breaking them may end a chat or limit your access.

Safety first. The person you’re chatting with is an unverified stranger. This service is for adults 19 and older, and people with bad intentions can show up. If anything feels off, leave or block anytime — no explanation needed. Never share personal info like contacts, social handles, or your exact birth date. Chats aren’t fully private and may be recorded anonymously for safety and improvement. This is a small personal project with no 24/7 moderation team — your surest protection is to leave and block.

1. Respect each other

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or insults. Disagree without attacking the person.

2. Don’t share or ask for personal info

Don’t share or request contact details, address, school or workplace, financial info, or social accounts. Anonymity is the safety here. If someone presses you for personal info, you don’t have to answer — end the chat or block them.

Sharing your saju result (a summary) is fine — the result alone can’t reveal your birth date. But an exact birth date and birth time can identify someone when combined with other data, so don’t press others for it and don’t screenshot, store, or re-send anyone’s birth date. Trying to uncover info someone hasn’t shared, or using what you learn to impersonate, stalk, or phish, is met with a strong response.

3. No sexual, violent, or illegal content

Explicit sexual messages, sexual advances, depictions of violence, and encouraging illegal acts lead to immediate action. Sending non-consensual images or sensitive material is also prohibited.

4. Minors’ safety comes first

Any sexual conversation with, grooming of, or approach toward a minor is never allowed. This service is adults-only; if you sense related risk, leave and block immediately. For serious situations involving a child, reporting directly to law enforcement is the most effective step.

5. No spam, ads, or scams

No flooding, advertising, link-baiting, phishing, or requests for money.

6. Safety tools — how they work

This is a small personal project with no 24/7 human moderation team. Instead, always-on automatic tools and — most of all — your block keep things safe.

Whenever you’re uncomfortable

The 🛡️ button lets you leave or block at any time. Blocking prevents rematching that person for this session. Don’t tolerate a risky or uncomfortable chat — end it right away. That’s always okay.
